- Single-use door hangers are produced on heavy weight paper or cardstock.
- Want something a bit more durable? Try our special Rhino synthetic paper – looks just like paper, but it’s tear-proof and smudge-proof to withstand the Pacific Northwest weather.
- For repeat use, we recommend 3mm PVC sheeting. It’s light and flexible, but sturdy enough to stand up to repeat use. It’s also wipeable with disinfectant and cleaning agents to ensure cleanliness and safety with repeat use.

- Quantity: How many do you need? Door hangers get less expensive as you buy more, so think about how many your project or promotion warrants.
- Size: The most common size for door hangers is 3.5” x 8.5”, but you can go bigger to include even more information or larger graphics. Other sizes are 5” x 8.5”, 4” x 11”, and even 4” x 14”. Keep in mind that every order is custom, so we can produce these in any size you want.
- Single-sided or double-sided: Use double-sided if you want to include additional information.
