I needed copies and a pdf of an old set of house architectural and landscaping plans. I called DRSi for information and talked with Amy. I had never dealt with reproducing plans. She was outstanding and walked me through the process. When I took the plans in - the service was superb. Amy greeted me at the desk and remembered my name from the phone inquiry. Prior to copying - lead Rick - emailed me with an estimate and suggested I really didn’t need the color reprints I had requested. That change saved quite a bit of money for me. He then emailed me to let me know the job was complete. I don’t know how they did it - but the copies look far better than the originals! Thank you Amy, Rick and the DRSi team!

Via different construction companies I have used DRSi's services for over 20 years. Their quality and service has been consistently exceptional. Typical in construction, most times documents need to be provided ASAP which DRSi has always been able to provide.Their knowledge of the industry creates a quality product with minimal instruction. I have used their complete services for O&M, Warranty and As-Built documents for project closeout. I sent the electronic files and received a quality set of documents ready to be delivered to the client.DRSi staff is also very pleasant and professional.
This company is easy to work with and has quick turnaround times. I was working with another company and their quote was 3 times what I paid with DRSi and their turnaround time was a month or more. I contacted DRSi on a Wednesday, had my job picked up on Thursday and the job was completed Friday. We will definitely use DRSi again in the future!
