Project Schedules
Microsoft Project:
We prefer a print ready file (a pdf or postscript print file) as usual, but since you need some software that a lot of our customers don't normally have, to create those formats, you can now send us your native Microsoft Project files for printing. Just make sure that everything is set up, start and end date, list of tasks etc.. We will open your file and create a full size pdf to print from. Since it's very hard for most people to visualize how big the schedule should be for easy reading and not go overboard on the paper size. We can send you the pdf to you for approval before it is printed so you can review the patterns, color (if applicable) and readability for it's size. There is a significant price difference to print from the native file compared to a print ready file. Please call us and we're happy to help get you set up.
If you have another type of scheduling software you will need to create a print file or pdf. Just give us a call and we can help you add a new printer or set up acrobat to make a great looking print.
